In this talk Sameer Chauhan examines the implications of these technologies for international cooperation, ethical governance, and sustainable development. With AI driving automation and decision-making at scale, and quantum breakthroughs redefining cryptography, optimisation, and material science, the talk will focus on regulatory imperatives, transnational partnerships, and the role of academic institutions in shaping a resilient, inclusive technological future.`
